Our Pest Control Process

During your initial phone call, you will speak with one of our knowledgeable exterminators, and you will discuss what pest issues you are having and what pest control services will solve your problem. We provide unique solutions to every client because there is not just one solution to every issue. We will then schedule a convenient time for your initial service at your commercial or residential property in the greater Waco, TX area.

Upon our arrival, you will see your exterminator arrive in a marked vehicle, wearing a uniform with their name clearly labeled. They will come to your door and introduce themselves. We will assess the situation and discuss the action plan for your pest and termite treatment. After your service, you will receive an accurate invoice that will document all findings, chemical applications, and costs.

Our follow-up programs are unique to each problem our clients may experience in and around Central Texas, including Waco, TX. Some programs may require a follow-up visit in one to two weeks, while others may require a monthly or quarterly service. All of our programs are customized to meet your needs. Our goal is to keep the pests from returning, and this is accomplished with our pest and termite prevention services.
